Introduction Database
The database is a set of data or information comprising one or more tables that are interconnected with each other. where you have the authority to access such data, either add, replace, reduce, delete and edit data in these tables.
The data is stored in a file with the extension. Accdb (Access Database).

Unlike the other Microsoft materials, in the run Microsof access only able to process a single database file.

The table is where the data have been processed and has a particular theme, such as student data, employee data and so on.

Table consists of several parts including;
  1. Field is where the data or information in a similar group who entered or diinfut on table columns.
  2. Record is a collection of several interconnected fields stored in the form of rows in the table. A table can consist of multiple records at once.
  3. Query is a database object that serves for displaying, editing and analyzing the data in other ways.
  4. Form is a database object that is used to make the controls or commands to process data entry, check out, renew, replace or delete them.
  5. Report is the object used to display data that has been formatted in accordance with the provisions of the desirable and ever given.
  6. Macro is a series of commands that can be stored and run automatically, for example, open the form, print the report and others.
  7. Module is a program written with basic access program.
